All orders are processed within 3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving the shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Hearthly Casa is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize there is an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before your order ships.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Hearthly Casa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
